Get The Best Industrial Cleaning Equipment
Industrial cleaning equipment can be rather expensive to acquire and it is important to ensure that you choose products that are long lasting and durable. This means that while you are looking for the most affordable options available you should never skimp on the quality of the products that you are purchasing as this could end up costing you more in the long run as you will need to replace the machines on a regular basis.
To find quality industrial cleaning equipment it is best to start with the leaders in the industry. Find manufacturers that have been in the industry for a number of years and who are respected for providing reliable products by both their clients and their competitors. You can also find out more about the best manufacturers in the industry from leading cleaning equipment suppliers and retailers in your area.
One of the most important factors to check to ensure that you are purchasing quality industrial cleaning equipment is the guarantee or warrantee that you will receive with your purchase. Different manufacturers provide different guarantees for varying periods of time and to cover different eventualities that may occur with the equipment. The longer the guarantee period and the more comprehensive the coverage the more confident the manufacturer is in the quality of the product that they are delivering.
Remember to follow the care and maintenance instructions for your industrial cleaning equipment carefully. Ensure that the machines are serviced on a regular basis and that the operating instructions are followed by the cleaning equipment operator. Being in contravention of the cleaning, maintenance and operating instruction will result in your guarantee or warrantee being negated and you will be left holding the bag for repair or replacement costs due to bad operational and care procedures.

Materials Used For Manufacturing Bearing Products
Bearing products are made from a wide range of different materials. The most common bearings are made from white metal alloys consisting of materials such as tin, antimony, lead, steel etc. White metal is considered very tough and durable and last much longer than other types of materials that are used in the manufacture of bearings.
Composite bearings are made from more than one metal. For example a steel bearing can be backed with bronze powder which is a softer metal and provides a self lubricating function. There are also metallic self lubricating bearing products that are usually made from cast iron or bronze and use a type of resin that forms part of the bearing to provide the necessary lubrication.
Plastic bearing products are manufactured using an injection moulding technique. These bearings are much less durable and hard wearing than any of the types of metal bearings mentioned above. However, additive fibres and resins can also be included with these bearings to give them the same self lubricating properties as with some kinds of metal bearings.
Other softer metals that are also used to produce bearings include copper, aluminium and softer plastics. These bearings are more suitable in the manufacture of ball bearings rather than slide, strip or line bearings. It is not recommended to use these bearings where great friction and wear and tear will be experienced as they will not function optimally and could lead to catastrophic break down of equipment and machinery.
It is important to ensure that you choose bearing products that are manufactured from materials that are compatible for use with the type of machinery that you are using. However, the durability and toughness of the bearing in relation to the application also needs to play an important role in the material choice for bearings.

Bearing Repairs And Refurbishment
Instead of chucking out bearings that have broken or have just succumbed to regular wear and tear why not consider opting for bearing repairs. Most bearings can easily be refurbished to the same quality standards as the original product at a much more affordable price than simply purchasing new bearings. The turn over time for the repairs is not that long either and can take anywhere from 24 hours for smaller bearings and up to a maximum of 72 hours for larger bearings if it is urgent that the bearings be replaced as soon as possible.
However, it is important to determine the cause of a break in a bearing before repairs can be made. This is to ensure that the same type of problem does not cause the bearing to fail again after the repairs have been made. Additional repairs and work may be required to return the bearing to its original standard and this process may take a bit longer than 24 to 72 hours for a quality service to be provided.
White Metal Bearings
White metal bearings are probably the easiest and are most likely to benefit from bearing repairs. Other types of bearings that are manufactured from plain materials like white metal bearings can also be repaired. However, there may be some difficulty in refurbishing or repairing composite bearings that are made from more than one material.
To find out whether the types of bearing you are using is suitable for refurbishment and repairs you can contact the bearing manufacturer. Should the manufacturer not provide this service, you can approach another bearing manufacturer to find out whether they will provide repairs on bearings that they have not produced. Alternatively, you can find an external service provider that specialise in bearing repairs and refurbishments.

Using Welding Equipment In South Africa
As the high rise buildings continue to shape the skyline of South Africa’s urban centres more and more construction workers are employed to make use of welding equipment in South Africa. Many of the various types of welding equipment that is today available in South Africa requires specialist skills in order to be used both safely and effectively. There are also varieties of welding equipment that require specialist training prior to their use, such as the welding equipment that is used to perform welding operations on submerged objects such as oil platforms and even repairs to undersea cables which transmit data from continent to continent.
The use of welding equipment in South Africa is especially important, given the ongoing infrastructural improvements that are required to cope with increasing urbanisation. The skills required for the operation of this welding equipment will continue to be in demand.

Industrial Conveyor Systems
Conveyor systems are essential components in maintaining the productivity of companies involved in the mining industry in South Africa. These conveyor systems allow for the quick transportation of raw materials such as coal from the mine itself to loading bays where it can be loaded into specialised truck trailers for transportation to users such as the electricity generating plants in South Africa. Coal is also transported to deep water ports for export to a variety of different countries. There are a variety of different types of materials that can be used in the manufacture of conveyor systems and these include the belt systems that can be found at many SA mining operations.
Companies such as Tribix manufacture and distribute a variety of industrial conveyor systems for use in many different industries in South Africa, including the mining industry, food processing and even agricultural production facilities.
